Home visits last up to 90 minutes. I assess latch, examine structure and oral function of your baby, answer questions, and make a comprehensive care plan. I also provide a scale for a weighted feed. Home visit radius includes Essex, Hudson, and Union counties as well parts of Bergen, Passaic, and Morris county.

Fertility Awareness Method

Fertility Awareness Methods (also known as Natural Family Planning) are used for hormone-free birth control, cycle awareness, and medical management. I teach in both group and private sessions. There is also a postpartum specific class for those interested in knowing more about cycles after birth.

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna and United. If I am considered out of your plan's network, I will provide a superbill to reimburse you for services rendered. Payment is due at the conclusion of your visit.

Lactation visits are legally required to be covered by insurance companies regardless of the in-network status of the practitioner. This was declared by Federal law (the Affordable Care Act/ACA), and by the State of NJ (see also the NJ Breastfeeding Strategic Plan).

Fertility Awareness classes include unlimited follow-up email support. My philosophy in teaching fertility awareness is rooted in FEMM's principles. I have trained in many methods including Billings, Marquette, and Sympto-thermal, and am familiar with the many different disciplines of Fertility Awareness.
